When you get asked to draw all manner of silly and lovely things for her royal majesty Queen of Cornwall Dawn French’s book 'The Tw*t Files, ' there is only one answer - 1000% YES.

To say it was fun is a massive understatement. I don't think there are many illustration jobs where I'll get to draw laughing droplets of wee, Johnny Depp as an elderly pirate and Dawn's head exploding all in the same project. 

This was my first major illustration commission and I am grateful to Dawn and Michael Joseph Books for their support and trust.
